Expressions of Interest Now Open

Logan City Council is supporting up to 40 Logan businesses to prepare for upcoming major infrastructure and supply chain opportunities, including projects linked to the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail project and the Brisbane 2032 pipeline.

The program forms part of Logan City Council’s broader commitment to strengthening local business capability and participation in major project supply chains.

This program is designed to help local businesses strengthen their capability, position themselves for larger packages of work, and confidently engage with Tier 1 contractors and major project supply chains.

Who should apply?

This program is suited to Logan-based businesses that:

  • Have a business premises physically located within the City of Logan Local Government Area (LGA) and maintain a local workforce in the area.

  • Are interested in supplying to major infrastructure projects or Tier 1 contractors.

  • Want to grow their capability to compete for larger or more complex packages of work.

  • Are serious about building long term supply chain opportunities, not just attending workshops.

Businesses from a range of industries are encouraged to apply that typically supply goods or services required by major infrastructure projects.

What does the program include?

Successful participants will be wholly subsidised by Logan City Council to complete a structured Major Project Readiness Program, including:

  • A series of 3 practical workshops delivered by major project and procurement experts including Gov Ready, Australia’s expert in helping businesses become ready to supply Government and Corporate supply chains.

  • Insights from professionals currently delivering major infrastructure projects

  • Practical guidance that can be embedded into your operations, systems, and strategies

  • Participation in a Supply Chain Connector event, introducing businesses directly to contractors and subcontractors already engaged on major projects

This is not a generic training program. It is a practical, outcomes focused initiative designed to help businesses become genuinely ready to supply to major projects.

Commitment from businesses is time to attend all 3 structured workshops and the supply chain connector event.
