Thomas Pollock understands the realities of running and growing a business.
Over more than 20 years working within Australian businesses, he saw firsthand how challenging it can be to secure stable, long-term revenue. He also saw the opportunity Government contracts can provide when approached strategically.
Thomas spent years refining a repeatable approach to winning Government work. Not through luck. Not through chasing tenders blindly. But by building capability, systems and credibility that aligned with how Government buyers assess risk and value.
That work became the foundation of Gov Ready and the 6 Rules and 9 Absolutes methodology.
